What Is Life Purpose? 

 
Life purpose consists of the central motivating aims of your life—the reasons you get up in the morning.

Purpose can guide life decisions, influence behavior, shape goals, offer a sense of direction, and create meaning. For some people, purpose is connected to vocation—meaningful, satisfying work. For others, their purpose lies in their responsibilities to their family or friends. Others seek meaning through spirituality or religious beliefs. Some people may find their purpose clearly expressed in all these aspects of life.

Purpose will be unique for everyone; what you identify as your path may be different from others. What’s more, your purpose can actually shift and change in response to the evolving priorities and fluctuations of your own experiences.

Questions that may come up when you reflect upon your life purpose are:

• Who am I?
• Where do I belong?
• When do I feel fulfilled?

~ Each of us has a unique life purpose. ~  

My Life Purpose Group Coaching Program involves working in a group of 10 - 15 participants, meeting once a week for an evening weekly session lasting 1,5 hours for 12 weeks. You're also entitled to receiving one FREE personal coaching session during the program directly with me, lasting around 1,5 hours with the topic of your choice related to the program.

The advantages of working in a group as opposed to individually:

• getting to know other people who face similar challenges as you do
• building self-confidence in yourself by hearing similar stories
• learning to see other people's opinions, perspectives and points of view
• receiving the group support, helping and motivating each other
• possibility to join an online support group connected throughout the program (with an online help and support of the Coach)
• creating bonds with new people who you connect with on a differet level
• boosting your self-esteem and motivation by seeing each other grow and progress through the process 

Every session of the course is dedicated to a specific topic through which our life purpose manifests itself. The topics to be explored during the program are various and carefully selected and include: 

1. Childhood Influences that shaped our world-view and opinions about ourselves,
2. Talents, Skills and Natural Abilities unique to you,
3. Passions and Interests,
4. Personality types,
5. Life-Changing Experiences and their influence on our life at this point and our perception of ourselves and our future, 
6. Coincidences and Synchronicities, that contribute to us taking certain decisions on our life path, in career, relationships, health etc. 
7. Deep Rooted Limiting Beliefs that we hold onto strongly but that hold us back from achieving our potential and following our true purpose
8. Eliminating and Tackling Limiting Beliefs effectively and permanently
9. Clarifying our Life-Purpose, making sure we analyzed and covered all the key aspects and have a clarity about what our purpose appears to be, and finally
10. Designing a concrete and achievable Action Plan to move closer to living our life purpose fully as soon as possible.

'Group Life Purpose Coaching' is designed to last 12 full weeks, consisting of twelve group coaching sessions held once weekly, lasting 1,5 hours each.

There is a possibility to continue the program after 12 weeks in an ''Action and Transformation'' phase for another up to 10 weeks. Based on the group, number of participants and other preferences, a new class will be created with the existing group.
