I execute the whole recruitment life-cycle that consists of identifying the job vacancy including clarification of key requirements for the role and suitable candidate profile, analyzing the job requirements, creating or supporting job specification creation, recruitment advertising, applicants sourcing and review, candidate screening and conducting interviews, applicants shortlisting, up until selecting the final candidate list.
Cooperation with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process is key. If desired, I can support the HR executives, hiring managers and other executives by taking part at the interviews, advising on the suitable employee's contract and compensation as well as the on-boarding process.
